About 2,18,625 square meters of land has been taken back from these builders. Not only this, about Rs 27.30 crore of builders have also been confiscated. It is being told that all these builders were not complying with the conditions of the lease deed. CEO Dr. Arunveer Singh said that the process of re-allotment of these plots will be announced soon.

Let us inform that in the builders whose plot allotments have been cancelled, most of the allocation logics were made to the builder. Logix Builder had sold the allotted plots to the builders in pieces. But, these builders could not work and after allotment of land the builders demanded rescheduling to deposit the installments i.e. their installments were re-fixed. Even after this, he did not deposit the dues and came under the category of defaulter. In such a situation, the authority took action and canceled the allotment of their plots when they came under the category of defaulter builder.

A total of 2.18 lakh sqm plots have been canceled and an amount of Rs 27.30 crore has been confiscated.
