Inspector Pravindra Kumar, in-charge of Jagdishpura police station, said on Wednesday that the incident happened on Tuesday night. Anand Parashar and Chandra Prakash, both brothers live in the same house on top and bottom floors.
He told that at around nine o’clock on Tuesday night, there was a dispute between the two brothers over changing the bulb, which soon turned into a fight.
The matter escalated so much that younger brother Chandra Prakash opened fire with his licensed gun, injuring Anand Parashar (50) and his son Vikas (29), the official said.
He said that both have been admitted to the hospital.
Police is taking further action in this regard.
