Own report: Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was granted bail after a long 28 days. Aryan was spending his days in jail on drug charges. Justice Nitin Sambar adjourned the bail hearing in the Bombay High Court on Wednesday and Thursday. On Wednesday, NCB lawyer Anil Singh asked the court for one hour. Aryan’s hearing began at 2.30pm on Thursday. After answering the questions of both the parties, Shah Rukh’s son Aryan Khan finally got bail. Shah Rukh Khan’s fans are overwhelmed by the news of Aryan’s return home.

The crowd has already started growing in front of Mannat. Shah Rukh Khan appeared with a poster, but as soon as the news of bail came out, Aryan Khan’s bail started trending on social media. The social media page is being filled with the hashtag Welcome Back Aryan. Some are wishing Shah Rukh a happy Diwali while others are wishing King Khan a happy birthday.

Happy Hawa Khan family on Aryan’s bail. But not only Shah Rukh Khan’s family. Salman Khan is also happy with Aryan’s bail. On Twitter, Salman’s fans also stood by Shah Rukh and Aryan.

However, Aryan has to spend Thursday night in jail. Aryan can return home on Friday after completing all the legal work. However, not only Aryan but also Arbaaz Merchant and Moonmoon Dhamecha got bail on Thursday. Bollywood is also happy with the news of Aryan’s bail. Swara Bhaskar, Sonu Sood, Madhavan and many others have already greeted Shah Rukh on Twitter.

Aryan was arrested from a drug party on October 2. After a long interrogation of 18 hours, the NCB arrested him the next day. Following the rejection of bail in Dudfa, the Magistrate’s Court on October 8 remanded him in custody from the NCB custody. Aryan Khan has been a prisoner in Arthur Road since then. After the Magistrate’s Court, the Mumbai Sessions Court also dismissed Aryan Khan’s bail plea. Aryan’s lawyer Amit Desai then applied for bail in the Bombay High Court. In the Bombay High Court, former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi answered the question on behalf of Aryan, not Satish Manshind or Amit Desai. On the other hand, ASG Anil Singh answered the question on behalf of NCB. Both sides presented their case in a single bench of Justice Nitin Sambar. Finally, Aryan Khan was granted bail by Bombay High Court Judge Nitin Sambar.
