Budget Session is going on in the Parliament. DMK and Congress MPs in the Rajya Sabha today voiced their opposition to the Governor of Tamil Nadu. At the same time they brought a deferred proposal. Why? DMK alleges that the education department has brought a bill related to net in Tamil Nadu. But the governor has blocked that bill. But when the chairman rejected the adjournment motion, a commotion broke out in the Rajya Sabha.

Trinamool MPs also came down to the hall. They also complained that the governor of West Bengal had blocked many important files. Not only that, the Congress and the DMK joined the protest with the MPs demanding the adjournment of the Rajya Sabha. But the chairman is adamant in his decision. Finally, Congress, DMK and Trinamool walked out of the session.

Earlier in the day, Lok Sabha Trinamool leader Sudip Bandyopadhyay had asked President Ram Nath Kovind to recall the governor. After the introductory speech of the budget session, the President met one by one with the leaders who were sitting in the front row at the Central Hall. While exchanging courtesies, Sudip Banerjee appealed to the President to withdraw the Governor. Trinamool MP Sougata Roy has even lodged a complaint against the governor with the Prime Minister (PM Modi).
