He said that continuous campaign is being carried out at the community level towards eradication of TB. Under the National TB Eradication Programme, in various phases from September 2 to November 9, a campaign will be launched by the Health Department for the search for TB patients on a large scale. During this, the Health Department team will go door-to-door to identify TB patients. Under the campaign, a framework has been prepared to give impetus to the Nikshay Poshan Yojana campaign.

Pandey said that the facility of TB test would be made available by organizing test camps. He said that the personnel have been trained to teach the patients how to find and administer medicines.
