According to Dr. Lavkush, senior litterateur Padma Shri Vidya Bindu Singh, former chairman of Hindi department of Lucknow University, Professor Surya Prakash Dixit, former chairman of ancient history of Lucknow University, Professor DP Tiwari, historian Ravi Bhatt were nominated in the state-level committee formed for this. Experts from different fields were inducted as ex-officio members.
