The Ministry of Civil Aviation will investigate and act on a complaint by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) that leaders of the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) attacked the airport after some members of the YSRCP were not allowed to enter the terminal premises of Tirupati airport. was stopped. Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia tweeted, ‘We will investigate this issue at our level and take necessary action.’ He said that the passengers and staff at the airport would not face any kind of inconvenience. Rao, in his complaint letter, alleged that on Monday, hours after some members of the YSRCP were not allowed to enter the Tirupati International Airport on Sunday, the Tirupati Municipal Corporation supplied water to the airport and the residential premises of the airport staff. Supply was stopped. The BJP MP, in his letter dated January 13, said that the act of retaliation did not stop here. He said that the roads leading to the residential quarters were suddenly dug up due to which the movement of vehicles, including private water tankers, came to a standstill. Rao said the airport authorities have also confirmed the veracity of the media reports about the incident.

Municipal Corporation gave cleanliness
On the other hand, the Municipal Corporation, while clarifying the matter, said that the supply was interrupted due to blockage in the pipeline. YSRCP leaders allege that the airport authorities misbehaved with Reddy. Airport authorities and Tirupati municipal authorities declined to comment on the matter.
