Maharashtra Politics: 'Rebel Minister of Maharashtra will lose his post in 24 hours', claims Sanjay Raut
Mumbai: There has been a rebellion in the Uddhav Thackeray government of Maharashtra. On the fifth day of the rebellion, Uddhav Thackeray’s special warlord and Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut has made a big claim. Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut said that the rebel ministers of Maharashtra who joined Eknath Shinde’s camp will lose their post in 24 hours. Earlier in the day, the party’s national executive authorized Shiv Sena president and state chief minister Uddhav Thackeray to take action against the rebel MLAs led by senior state minister Shinde.

During a conversation with a Marathi news channel on Saturday evening, Sanjay Raut said that the process of removing the rebel ministers of Shiv Sena is going on. He said ministers like Gulabrao Patil, Dada Bhuse, Sandipan Bhumre were considered loyal workers of Shiv Sena, who were made cabinet ministers by Uddhav Thackeray… The party has given them a lot. He has taken the wrong path and he will lose his post in 24 hours.

After the 2019 elections in the state, the alliance between the two allies broke over the issue of rotation of the chief minister’s post, following which the Shiv Sena joined hands with the Congress and the NCP. Raut also said that half of the rebels have nothing to do with Hindutva but are facing the Enforcement Directorate (ED) probe.
