Later, addressing a public meeting there, the Prime Minister said that the glory of India’s culture, heritage and centers of faith is getting back after centuries with the development of Ayodhya and other pilgrimage sites.

The Prime Minister said, the centers of our culture, heritage and faith are being looked upon with the same pride as they should have been. Today a grand temple of Lord Ram is being built in Ayodhya with full glory. Ayodhya is getting its glory back after centuries. He said, ‘Just two days ago, a grand event of Deepotsav in Ayodhya was held in Ayodhya, which the world saw. How it must have been in its ancient cultural form, we can imagine it today.’

He said that a tourist circuit is being formed in Banaras to attract the followers of Buddhism from all over the world by connecting places like Sarnath, Kushinagar and Bodh Gaya etc. Apart from this, development works are going on in Mathura and Vrindavan also keeping the purity and purity there.
