After withdrawing his resignation, he said that now there is no shame. Navjot Singh Sidhu said after meeting with Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in Delhi that he shared all his concerns with Rahul Gandhi. Everything has been resolved. He was accompanied by Punjab Congress in-charge Harish Rawat.
After meeting Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Navjot Singh Sidhu said that I told all the issues to Rahul Gandhi ji and all of them have been resolved. At the same time, after the meeting, AICC in-charge of Punjab, Harish Rawat said that Navjot Singh Sidhu has said that their leaders are Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi and they will follow what they say and will continue to work for the party.

Earlier on Thursday, issues related to the Punjab government and the organization were discussed in a meeting that lasted for about one and a half hours at the Congress headquarters. Congress general secretaries KC Venugopal and Harish Rawat were also present in this meeting. After the meeting, Sidhu had said, I have informed the party high command about the concerns related to Punjab and Punjabis. I have full faith in Congress President, Rahul Gandhi ji and Priyanka Gandhi ji. Whatever decision he will take, it will be in the interest of Congress and Punjab. I will follow his instructions.
