Two farmers of Punjab returning from the strike site died in an accident

Chandigarh: In Haryana’s Hisar district, two farmers from Punjab were killed in a road accident while returning from a sit-in site at Tikri border on Saturday.

The deceased Sukhdev Singh (40) and Ajaypreet Singh (32) were residents of Assa Buttar village of Giddarbaha in Muktsar district.

A youth was injured in the accident, who has been identified as Raghbir Singh.

They were returning to their village by tractor when a canter hit the tractor at around 5 am.

The deceased along with others had gone to Tikri border on Thursday.
