Adelaide: A man living in Adelaide, Australia has made a world record for plank for 9 hours and 30 minutes. His name has been recorded in the Guinness World Records. Let us tell you that Plank is a kind of exercise, in which a person has to stand with the help of hands and toes in a position like doing pushups.
Daniel Scali made history
Let us tell you that the name of the person who made the world record for doing Plank is Daniel Scali. Daniel set a record for 9 and a half hours to plank on 6 August, which was recorded in Guinness World Records two days ago. During this, Daniel also suffered a lot but he made a record.

Daniel watched TV during Plank
Even before this, Daniel had planned for 9 hours and 9 minutes. But that record was rejected. He was told that he had used the wrong technique. Daniel watched TV during Plank.
Daniel told that he was able to plank for only 15 minutes for the first time. After this he decided to make a world record. Daniel still does plank for about 5 hours every day.
This is Daniel’s daily routine
He said that he gets up every day at 5 in the morning. After which he participates in a fitness class for 50 minutes. Then they run for 4 kms. In the afternoon, after lunch, he does gym for an hour. After this, they plank every day from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

Daniel said that he was not even allowed to watch TV for the first two hours during Plank. It was very difficult but he was confident that he would do it. They are very happy. He also thanked his coach. He helped them a lot.
